Reservation Policies

Rates are not guaranteed and subject to change until booked.
Minimum stays are required for all special events, holidays, festivals, and sporting events. If dates are blocked out, please contact us directly for reservations.
We do not guarantee specific unit numbers but will do our best to honor all requests. Please indicate first and second choices.
Apartments are located on floors 1 through 4, and there is NO elevator.
Apartments include all linens, towels, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, soaps & shampoo.
Daily housekeeping is NOT included but is available at an additional charge.
There are no additional fees or charges other than sales tax of 13% + $1.00 per night.
One night deposit is required on all rentals.
Balances are billed 7 days prior to arrival for regular periods / 14 days prior for special events and holidays.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation by issuing a full refund of total payments made.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Reservations may not be resold or transferred.
