Reservation Rules

• Rates are not guaranteed and subject to change until booked.
• Minimum stays are required for all special events, holidays, festivals, and sporting events. If dates are blocked out, please contact us direct for reservations.
• We do not guarantee specific unit numbers but will do our best to honor all requests. Please indicate first and second choices.
• Apartments are located on floors 1 through 4, and there is NO elevator.
• Apartments include all linens, towels, coffee makers, complimentary coffee, soaps & shampoo.
• Daily housekeeping is not included and available at an additional charge.
• There are no additional fees or charges other than sales tax of 13% + $1.00 per night.
• One night deposit required on all rentals.
• Balances are billed 7 days prior to arrival for regular periods / 30 days for special events and holidays.
• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Minimum age to rent is 25.
• Reservations may not be resold or transferred.

Special Note About Parking

We do not provide parking, nor do we coordinate parking. The closest parking lot is located 2 blocks away at the French Market Lot. On street parking is not an option without a residential parking permit in the French Quarter. If you are flying into MSY, we do not suggest renting a car, as we are located in the heart of the French Quarter and most attractions are within walking distance, streetcars, pedicab or taxi. Parking is very limited throughout all of the French Quarter and downtown.
